Help with Form Filling

Help to fill in Forms Correctly

Unfortunately claim forms for things such as Attendance Allowance are not always straightforward to complete. Many people have found that, in order to get the money they are entitled to, it is necessary to have help from someone who is used to filling in these forms.

A number of organisations can provide help with form filling, these include:

Age UK Oxfordshire

Age UK Oxfordshire can provide help with form filling, coming to your home if required. Advice is also available on benefits entitlements for those over retirement age.

Carers Centres in South and Vale

Carers Support Workers from the South and Vale Carers Centres on 01235 510212 or email: carers@svcarers.org.uk are able to assist carers with completing forms for Attendance Allowance, Carers Allowance, etc.     

The Department of Work and Pensions have visiting officers to help fill in forms.  They will either help over the phone or arrange a home visit within 2 - 28 days.  Contact: 0845 6060265


Wantage Independent Advice Centre

Wantage, Grove and District Independent Advice Centre provides information and advice, to the whole community, on a range of issues including benefits, Disability Living Allowance / Attendance Allowance, housing, consumer issues, etc.. Form completing is also provided.
